In the forthcoming episode of Perfect Imbalance I interview Gavin Bell, Facebook Advertising Consultant, Vlogger and Speaker. Gavin talks passionately about ‘doing things and doing stuff’!

Growing up in Shetland, Gavin had a dream to become a high flying entrepreneur.

He won a place at the business academy set up by Dragons’ Den star Peter Jones and subsequently upped sticks and moved to Manchester.

Thanks to the skills he learned he set up his own social media marketing agency, Blue Cliff Media.

What they say about Gavin

Multi-award winning entrepreneur, Gavin Bell really knows his onions when it comes to Facebook ads.

Not only is he a leading Facebook advertising consultant, but he’s also a renowned vlogger with millions of views. You might just see him speaking to his camera today…

Gavin helps brands across the world to utilise Facebook in a way that not only builds their audience, but turns that attention into revenue. His work has been featured on the likes of Virgin.com, Huffington Post, Entrepreneur on Fire, KissMetrics and Social Media Examiner.

Doing things and doing stuff

The proof is in the pudding and Gavin’s strong work ethic was apparent from a young age.

On family holidays he’d buy belts and then sell them on eBay.

He also set up his first website when he was 14.

One of my favourite quotes from Gavin when asking him about his work ethic of trying everything was;

Pull your pants up and try or go again.

What struck me most about Gavin is his desire to have freedom over what he does.
